About

Most IT companies inherit somebody else’s wiring closet and hope for the best. We’d rather build it ourselves and then be the ones responsible for keeping it running.

What we actually do

KirronTech is a managed service provider for small and mid-sized businesses with physical locations — restaurants and hotels, law and accounting offices, dental and medical practices, retail shops, and construction firms.

The thing that makes us different is simple enough to say in a sentence: we pull the cable, mount the rack, configure the switches, and install the cameras — and then we manage all of it on one flat monthly contract. Most providers do one or the other. When the company that built your network is also the company answering the phone when it breaks, there is nobody left to blame.

Where we work

We’re headquartered in Carteret, New Jersey. Our own team handles on-site work across the New Jersey and New York metro area.

Beyond that, most of what we do doesn’t care where you are. Monitoring, patching, helpdesk, and security run the same from anywhere. When a job genuinely needs hands on a rack, we dispatch a vetted technician to the site and manage the work ourselves — you deal with us throughout, not with whoever happened to show up. That’s how we support locations in several states without pretending to have offices we don’t have.

How we work

Every engagement starts with Groundwork — a fixed-fee audit that documents what you actually have and hands you a prioritized fix list with real costs. You keep it whether or not you hire us. We think nobody should sign a monthly contract with a provider who hasn’t looked at what they’re taking responsibility for.

After that, it’s flat monthly pricing. No hourly billing on covered services, month to month, thirty days notice to cancel. We’d rather earn the renewal than trap you in a term.

We’re small, and that’s the point

You will reach someone who already knows your setup. Not a queue, not a tier-one script, not a different technician every time who needs the whole history explained again.

It also means we’re honest about scope. There are things we don’t do — we build the network your point-of-sale system runs on, for instance, but your POS vendor handles the terminals and the software. When something isn’t our lane we’ll tell you, and usually point you at someone whose lane it is.
